There are fifteen seats, so applications are read rather than approved on submission. A few questions and a password, nothing charged, and a reply from the developer inside one to two business days. The password is so you can come back and see where you stand rather than waiting on an email to arrive.

NinjaTrader runs on Windows. On a Mac it needs a Windows virtual machine or a second computer, and that is worth knowing before you pay for anything.

Neither answer counts against you. Heptane installs into an existing NinjaTrader 8, so this decides how much of the setup guide you actually need rather than whether you are approved.

The password is the last field, and it is what lets you come back and see where your application stands without waiting for an email. Nothing is charged and no evaluation starts.

The email on your NinjaTrader account. Your licence is issued to this address, so it has to match exactly.
